Order Processing

How long does it take to print and process my order?
Our processing time is 1-3 business days for non-personalized items and 2-4 days for personalized items. Sometimes even faster! YAY! During the busy holiday season (typically late November through December) turnaround time can take up to 1 weeks. Please get your orders in early for holidays. We will always tell you the cut off date for guaranteed delivery for big holidays on the home page.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Within USA;

 For orders $49,99 and Up - Ships Free

For orders between $0 - $49.98 - Regular shipping is $5.99 for all orders.

                                                    - Priority shipping fees are $9.99. 

How long does shipping take?  
Transit time will depend on your chosen shipping method. 

Most orders will arrive in 5-7 Days from the date of purchase in the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) 

Most international orders will arrive in 10-12 days from the date of purchase

Can I get an update on my order? 
You'll get an update emailed to you once shipped out. It will even have tracking on it!  YAY!

Do you offer group pricing on your products?
